| After you phone to schedule your initial
exam appointment, we will mail you a health history form,
and patient information form and a confirmation
letter describing our office and its location.
Exams are scheduled at various times
during the day that allow Dr. Miroue adequate time to assess your orthodontic
needs and fully answer all of your questions. Our exam times are usually
scheduled in the early morning and early afternoon. The intial exam usually
takes 30-45 minutes. There is no charge for the initial exam as a courtesy
to our refering doctors and patients. |
