·Non-compliance treatment We use many appliances such as the Herbst and Pendex to correct both the occlusion and facial problems. In many instances these appliances eliminate or reduce the need for headgear.This helps make treatment more pleasant for the patient and parent alike.
·Computer morphing We have the latest software that enables us to show any facial changes that will result from orthodontic treatment. We have developed a unique custom program that prints your treatment plan both in words and colored pictures on your treatment chart so that you can graphically see your progress each time you visit our office.
·Align technology For many adults we can utilize a series of transparent aligners to straighten the teeth without the need for conventional braces. This is made possible by the use of computer models that can be adjusted to produce .3 mm tooth movements every two weeks. Dr. Miroue’s prescriptions for your treatment are delivered via the internet.
·Computer simulations of the treatment process is utilized to graphically explain your treatment.
·Thermally Activated wires We use wires that produce gentle forces and memory wires that enable us to maximize the time interval between appointment.
